What is Evening All Afternoon about?

“The thing is, I’m not sure if I dislike people or just dislike that they seem to dislike me”. 

Jennifer is on the brink of becoming Delilah’s stepmother, but building a relationship with her feels almost impossible. Desperate to connect, Jennifer finds herself facing a teenager who couldn’t be more distant, guarded, or unlike her.

As the world around them shifts and familiar certainties fall away, both women are forced to confront grief, change, and the fragile hope of starting again. Opening up will take a kind of quiet courage neither of them is sure they possess.

Witty, tender, and heartbreakingly human, Evening All Afternoon is a moving exploration of loss, memory, and second chances. It’s a story about what we carry with us, what we leave behind, and how sometimes the only way to truly live is to face what’s no longer there.
