Who won at this year's Evening Standard Theatre Awards 2018?

This year’s Evening Standard Theatre Awards showed just how much people enjoy a bit of company. The West End revival of *[**Company**](https://www.londontheatredirect.com/musical/2916/company-tickets.aspx), *which is currently running at the [**Gielgud Theatre**](https://www.londontheatredirect.com/venue/22/gielgud-theatre.aspx) and stars **Rosalie Craig** and **Patti LuPone**, took home two big awards for the night, including **Best Musical Performance** for **Craig**’s portrayal of Bobbie and **Best Director** for **Marianne Elliott**. Other notable winners include **Natasha Gordon** for **Most Promising Playwright** for her National Theatre production of *[**Nine Night**](https://www.londontheatredirect.com/play/3237/nine-night-tickets.aspx) *(which transfers to **[Trafalgar Studios](https://www.londontheatredirect.com/venue/17/trafalgar-studios.aspx)** on 1 December 2018) and **Ralph Fiennes** for Best Actor for his performance in the National Theatre’s *Antony and Cleopatra*.
